Domestic bourses ended with small gain as profit booking emerged in late trade. After opening in positive terrain, the market hit fresh intraday high. In late trade, indices trimmed gains as negative cues from European and Asian stocks triggered profit booking.
Realty sector were the major gainers and media sector were the major losers.

Europen shares headed southwards as investors remained warry ahead of FED meeting result to keep an eye on intrest rate hike. Europen STOXX 600 index was lower by 0.1%. Chinese carmaker Geely Automobile Holdings Ltd profits doubled in 2017, driven by strong domestic sales of popular SUVs.Its net profit rose 108% to 10.6 billion yuan from 5.1 billion yuan in 2016.
On Tuesday, Tata Motors said that to offset input cost it woud hike prices of its passenger vehicles (PV) by upto Rs 60,000 from April 1,2018.
