Just Dial is the top gainer, up 13 per cent to Rs 1,192. Oriental Bank has galloped 11.4 per cent at Rs 170.
Allahabad Bank zoomed 11 per cent at Rs 90 after reporting 18 per cent jump in Q2 net profit.
Indian Bank has soared 8.2 per cent at Rs 79. UCO Bank has surged 7.7 per cent at Rs 71.
Alembic Pharma has jumped almost 7 per cent at Rs 199.
Sanofi, IOB and Syndicate Bank have climbed over 5.5 per cent each at Rs 2,575, Rs 49 and Rs 79, respectively,
Andhra Bank has spurted 5.4 per cent at Rs 56.
IRB Infra, Dena Bank and Ruchi Soya are the other major gainers, up 5 per cent each.
On the losing side, Zydus Wellness has slumped 5.7 per cent to Rs 564.
Era Infra and Suzlon Energy have cracked almost 5 per cent each at Rs 38 and Rs 9.70 respectively.
Lanco Infra has slipped 4.7 per cent at Rs 6.08. Indiabulls Housing, Jubilant Life and Prestige Estates have tanked over 3 per cent each.
National Aluminium Bombay Rayon and Gujarat Mineral have dropped 2.2 per cent each at Rs 35, Rs 190 and Rs 102, respectively.
Wockhardt, IFCI and Carborudum Universal are the other losers, down 2 per cent each.
